Foundation is the perfect introduction to reformer Pilates. These classes focus on alignment, core stability and controlled movement, helping you learn how the reformer works while developing confidence and strength.
With expert guidance and small class sizes, you’ll move at a steady pace, focusing on technique and precision.
Suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their fundamentals.

Strength classes build on the fundamentals, combining controlled resistance with dynamic movement to challenge and strengthen the body.
Expect full-body sequences designed to develop muscular strength, stability and endurance while maintaining the precision that reformer Pilates is known for.
Suitable for most experience levels once comfortable with the reformer.

Power is our most challenging reformer class. Expect faster transitions, stronger resistance and more complex sequences designed to push strength, control and stamina.
These classes are designed for those with previous reformer experience who want a more intense and dynamic workout.
Prior reformer Pilates experience recommended.

Our 20-minute induction sessions are designed to introduce you to the reformer in a calm, supportive setting. You’ll learn how the machine works, key principles of movement, and how to get the most from your classes.
Perfect if you’re new to reformer Pilates or would like a little extra guidance before joining group sessions.
The booking fee is fully credited back to your account after attending.
